Centerpoint Health Announces Acquisition of Dr. David Andreas and Dr. Suzanne Pica’s Practice

WINCHESTER, Ky. (March 10,2026) – Centerpoint Health has announced Dr. Suzanne Pica and Dr. David Andreas’ practice has joined its affiliated medical group, Centerpoint Medical Group and as part of the practice’s integration will be renamed Centerpoint Internal Medicine & Pediatrics. The acquisition reflects Centerpoint Health’s ongoing commitment to expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care close to home.

Dr. Pica and Dr. Andreas have built a strong reputation for delivering individualized patient-centered primary care for their patients. The practice, which specializes in both pediatrics and internal medicine, includes Dr. Andreas, Dr. Pica, and Angela Huff, APRN. As part of the transition, patients can expect continuity of care with the same trusted providers and staff at a new clinic location to expand availability and convenience for patients. The new Centerpoint Internal Medicine & Pediatrics clinic is now open at 160 Pedro Way, Winchester, KY 40391 (next to Walmart).

Patients do not need to take any action as a result of this transition. Appointments and care teams will remain unchanged. Over time, patients will begin to see the new practice name and medical group on signage, billing statements, patient communications, and online portals and may also benefit from enhanced care coordination, expanded services, and improved access to hospital-based resources.

To commemorate the announcement, the new Centerpoint Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, located at 160 Pedro Way in Winchester, will be hosting a ribbon cutting event in collaboration with the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce soon.
