Centerpoint Health Welcomes General Surgeon Dr. Bailey Kleis to Winchester

WINCHESTER, Ky. (August 27, 2026) – Centerpoint Health – Winchester and Centerpoint General Surgery are pleased to welcome Bailey Kleis, MD, a board-certified general surgeon specializing in minimally invasive and robotic surgery.
Dr. Kleis provides surgical care for a variety of conditions and procedures, including:
- Robotic colon resections, hernia repairs and gallbladder surgery
- Open and minimally invasive hernia repairs
- Minimally invasive colon resections
- Breast surgery for benign and malignant conditions
- Anal and rectal procedures

Dr. Kleis earned her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, where she also completed her general surgery residency. During her training, she served as administrative chief resident and was recognized as the 2022 Oklahoma Robotic Olympics state champion.
Prior to joining Centerpoint Health, Dr. Kleis served as a general surgeon and faculty member at Keesler Medical Center in Biloxi, Mississippi. She also served as director of the medical center’s robotic surgery program and assistant program director for its general surgery residency.
