Industrial Rehabilitation provides onsite injury prevention programs, ergonomic assessments of job sites, and preventive educational programs. The purpose is to return the injured worker to full duty as quickly as possible.

Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation is a customized exercise plan with nutritional counseling and education resources plan based on your needs. To improve the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with heart and lung disease, Centerpoint Health offers individualized, exercise-based rehabilitation overseen by a full team including a physician, a nurse, a respiratory therapist, an occupational therapist and a physical therapist. The comprehensive program helps patients recover from procedures and make lasting changes for a healthier and happier life.

- In-depth meeting with staff and review of medical information
- Preliminary six-minute walk test
- Regular appointments — two to three times per week for three months
- Supervised exercise
- Education for lifestyle modifications, including diet and exercise

Physical Therapy provides services for the identification and rehabilitation of acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain. This includes examination and analysis of patients with a variety of diagnoses. Modalities, exercise, patient education and other procedures are used to maximize functional independence.
Pulmonary Therapy is for patients who have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or other respiratory conditions without acute illness. Patients who want a better quality of life and more independence.
Speech Therapy can be used to assess speech and language development and to treat both children and adult patients who have difficulty with speech, language, voice, swallowing, thought processing or memory. Our speech-language therapists are skilled in addressing:

Our regular business hours are Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:30PM. Earlier or later appointments may be available. Our team works closely with families to create personalized treatment plans, ensuring each child reaches their full potential in a caring and encouraging setting. Each patient will receive an initial evaluation so that a personalized program can be developed to best meet your needs. We offer a wide variety of services to prevent you from having to travel out of town to receive treatment.
Centerpoint Health - Versailles
A written physician's order is required. The order needs to include the following information:
- Patient’s name
- Referring MD name
- Diagnosis
- Patient’s phone number (if faxed order)
- Type of insurance coverage
Services can be prearranged by faxing the information to: 859.873.4578.
Patients register in the clinic itself. It is not necessary to go to registration first.
